Prestigious central London law firm require an experienced receptionist to carry out a range of front of house and reception duties. To be considered you must have previously worked within a corporate environment as a receptionist.
Expected duties include:
- Managing the switchboard – incoming calls, voicemail, email enquiries.
- Managing the reception area – greeting visitors, ensuring area is tidy etc.
- Liaising with couriers, booking taxis etc.
- Administration – diary management of meeting rooms, updating rotas etc, updating telephone/call records.
- Ad hoc projects.
Excellent communication skills and a stellar telephone manner are essential. This is a permanent role with set hours from Monday to Wednesday. An idea opportunity for an experienced receptionist that prefers to work fewer days whether due to commitments, circumstances or preference.
