Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our fast-paced accounting office. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system

  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry and filing

  • Assist with billing and enter payments accurately

  • Track and maintain employee time records

  • Provide general support to the Office Manager

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software (MS Office, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information

  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
