Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system

Perform administrative duties, including data entry and filing

Assist with billing and enter payments accurately

Track and maintain employee time records

Provide general support to the Office Manager

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software (MS Office, etc.)
