Are you organised, friendly, and passionate about helping others? Oak Street Medical Practice is looking for a Receptionist / Patient Care Advisor to join our dedicated front-line team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting patients and contributing to the smooth running of a busy GP practice.

Whether you’re looking for a part-time or full-time role, we offer flexible working hours between 16 to 37 hours per week in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct patients with professionalism and warmth

• Serve as the first point of contact for all patients, ensuring a welcoming experience

• Book and manage appointments accurately using our patient systems

• Handle telephone and face-to-face queries with empathy and clarity

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and workflow

• Support clinicians with smooth coordination of daily operations

• Register new patients and explain practice procedures

• Manage information requests and respond to patient concerns

• Handle scanning, filing, summarising, and general administrative tasks
