Key Responsibilities

Front of House

• Provide a warm, professional, and polished welcome to all clients

• Manage bookings, appointments, and enquiries via phone, email, and social media

• Ensure the reception and clinic area remain tidy, stylish, and inviting

• Handle administrative duties and support daily clinic operations

Social Media & Content

• Capture behind-the-scenes content, client transformations, and treatment footage

• Assist with content creation for platforms like Instagram and TikTok

• Use Canva, CapCut or similar tools to produce branded visual content

• Keep our online presence consistent, fresh, and on-brand

• Contribute to marketing and promotion activities, especially during launches and events

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or clinic/salon setting

• Confidence and creativity in social media (especially Instagram and TikTok)

• A passion for aesthetics, skincare, and beauty trends

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot (or willingness to learn)

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills

• Friendly, organised, and confident under pressure

• Fluent spoken and written English

• A self-starter with a naturally positive, team-spirited attitude
