Role Summary

Join our Title Reconciliation team as a Reconciliation Specialist and gain real-world experience in one of the most critical financial support functions of our company. You’ll support essential revenue operations, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop core skills in reconciliation, client services, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Download and organize daily bank transaction reports

• Reconcile deposits and prepare summary reports for internal departments

• Submit positive pay files and maintain transaction logs

• Assist clients with basic reconciliation inquiries

• Learn and manage third-party client ledger files accurately

• Identify and help resolve discrepancies with the team

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing)

• Basic knowledge of reconciliation and financial processes (internship or coursework a plus)

• Title industry or closing knowledge is a bonus

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry software

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic accounting support team
