Job Summary:
The Records Specialist provides records management support and ensures all operational procedures in the records center are carried out accurately and professionally. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality customer service and promoting teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:

Create and barcode client files (active and inactive)

Perform data entry in records management systems and assist users with information requests

Respond to calls and email inquiries

Prepare and process files for off-site storage
-
Assist with delivery/pickup of storage boxes and escort off-site vendors

Conduct scheduled audits in records center and throughout the office

Support retention and destruction activities, including confidential shredding

Provide assistance with case room management and scheduled file pickups

Support additional projects and assist records staff as needed

Other duties as assigned

Intermediate proficiency in automated records management systems

Ability to safely lift boxes up to 25 lbs
