Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using job boards, social media, cold calls, and networking events.

Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Excel or Taleo.

Utilize Salesforce to track candidate interactions and manage recruitment workflows.

Support lead generation by building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide candidate insights.

Perform industry research to keep recruitment strategies competitive and effective.

Manage communication and engagement with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements

Experience or strong interest in human resources, recruiting, or lead generation.

Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Taleo) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
