At Coco Robotics, we’re revolutionizing last-mile delivery with sustainable, consistent, and frictionless solutions for merchants and customers. As we scale, our Talent Acquisition team is the first point of connection for all future CoConuts (Coco employees).
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational engine of our hiring process—managing interviews, owning the candidate experience, supporting recruiter workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This full-time, on-site role is based at our vibrant Venice, CA headquarters, supporting our in-person, collaborative culture.
A Day in the Life

Coordinate complex, multi-stage interviews across time zones using Ashby, Google Calendar, and Zoom.

Own candidate touchpoints: from confirmation emails and pre-briefs to day-of hosting and post-interview feedback.

Maintain accurate recruiting data in Ashby and generate weekly dashboards for Talent and Executive leadership.

Partner with recruiters on pipeline health checks, structured interview kits, and SLA tracking.

Generate offer letters and initiate background checks in partnership with People Ops.

Craft branded job posts, social media content, and recruiting event collateral that reflect Coco’s mission and values.

Lead operations projects including referral campaigns, interviewer calibration, and DEI sourcing initiatives.

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates—responding promptly, updating regularly, and creating a white-glove candidate experience.
Basic Qualifications

1+ year experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or in a high-volume scheduling role.

Proficient with Google Calendar, video tools (e.g., Zoom), and managing 30–40 interviews/week.

Experience with an ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and a passion for data integrity.

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting technical recruiting or university hiring programs.

Familiarity with Ashby analytics, HRIS systems, and generating reports in Google Sheets.

Event planning experience (e.g., on-site meetups, virtual recruiting sessions).
