We’re now looking for a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team in Farringdon, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our mission while playing a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
Role Purpose
As Recruitment Administrator, you will manage and streamline recruitment processes from vacancy approval to onboarding. You’ll be at the heart of our People strategy, ensuring efficient and compliant hiring, excellent candidate experience, and proactive support across HR operations.
This is an ideal role for a highly organised, detail-focused HR or recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding (Approx. 75%)

Draft and post job adverts; manage applications via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Schedule interviews and maintain timely, professional candidate communication

Conduct pre-employment checks: right to work, references, and DBS
-
Generate offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents
-
Coordinate onboarding processes with hiring managers
-
Maintain right to work records and liaise with Legal for VISA compliance and SMS processing
-
Respond to career inbox queries and manage onboarding timelines
-
Compile and distribute monthly recruitment and starter/leaver reports
-
Submit IT and system access requests for new joiners
-
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
General HR Administration (Approx. 25%)

Manage employee lifecycle tasks: contract changes, probation reviews, leavers
-
Maintain secure and up-to-date digital HR records
-
Respond to first-line HR queries and escalate as needed
-
Assist with policy updates, audits, training coordination, and compliance reviews

Add employees to benefits schemes (e.g., Vitality) post-probation
-
Compile monthly HR data and contribute to employee engagement initiatives

Requirements
Essential
-
1+ year experience in HR or recruitment coordination

Proven track record in handling pre-employment compliance
-
Experience preparing contracts, offers, and HR documentation
-
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion

Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
Desirable
-
Background in a healthcare or regulated environment (e.g., CQC, HFEA)

Familiarity with Home Office Sponsor Management System (SMS)

CIPD qualification or working towards it
