Job Summary
The Referral Outreach Marketing Manager builds and maintains referral relationships with dentists, pediatricians, schools, community organizations, and other partners to increase new patient growth in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth region. The role involves frequent fieldwork, face-to-face meetings, presentations, community events, and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Spend ~85% of time in the field visiting offices to strengthen referral relationships

Build and maintain trust with referring doctors, community partners, and patients

Organize luncheons, events, and school/community partnerships to promote practices

Provide marketing collateral and promotional items to referral sources

Create organic social media content (photos, videos, captions) for regional practices

Use CRM tools to log interactions, track leads, and manage accounts

Collaborate with corporate marketing, operations managers, and dental staff

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies

Support company mission: helping children achieve lifelong oral health
Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years in marketing or sales

1+ years in field marketing and/or dental/healthcare industry (preferred)
