Key Responsibilities of a Regional Clinical Manager
In this leadership role, the Regional Clinical Manager will:

Lead, train, and mentor Clinical Specialists to achieve strategic goals.

Recruit, develop, and retain top clinical talent in the region.

Support physicians, nurses, and hospital staff with hands-on training and procedural consistency.

Oversee case coverage to ensure optimal use of Haemonetics products.

Address and resolve issues related to product use while providing additional clinical training as needed.

Facilitate onboarding of new staff and support professional development.

Stay updated on clinical data, competitive products, and industry trends.

Serve as the regional expert for interventional technology, simulation, and training.

Present clinical papers and value propositions to key stakeholders while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications for a Regional Clinical Manager
To succeed as a Regional Clinical Manager, you should bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Health Science (RN, RCIS, RCSA, RVMS, or similar certifications preferred).

6+ years of experience in the medical device industry with strong clinical orientation in interventional and structural cardiology.

3+ years of leadership or managerial experience leading clinical teams.

Hands-on experience in cardiac cath labs, structural heart procedures, or electrophysiology.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.

Ability to analyze financial impacts of product performance on health systems.

Knowledge of medical device markets, competitors, and customer needs.

Proficiency in MS Office and documentation/reporting.
Additional Details

Physical Demands: Light lifting (up to 10 lbs), standing, walking, kneeling, and exposure to blood in clinical settings.

Travel: 25–50% domestic travel required.

Salary Range: $66,060 – $109,051 annually (plus incentives).
