Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Director (Sales) who is self-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated to actively seek out and engage insurance agents, building lasting business relationships. This individual will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and contributing directly to the success of Hometown Quotes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell Hometown Quotes services to prospective and existing customers using effective sales strategies.

  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to tailor solutions to individual client needs.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Reach out to leads through cold calling, warm calling, and referrals.

  • Resolve client issues promptly to maximize satisfaction and retention.

  • Meet assigned sales goals and performance targets.

  • Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional departments.

  • Track and report market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership.

  • Work with the marketing team to ensure message alignment and lead quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or account executive.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to build and manage professional relationships.

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.

  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

  • Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
