Business Analysis
- Collaborate with the Head of Account to assess the ROI of all regional, divisional, and banner-level programs and promotions.
- Work closely with the Category Management Team to evaluate the ROI of ‘pay-for-space’ agreements and communicate key insights to the Channel Lead.
- Conduct post-promotion analysis with the Category team to measure the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Develop strategic business relationships to access valuable retailer scan data, basket analysis, and other insights that inform future strategies and enhance understanding of consumer purchasing patterns.
- Perform in-depth sales analysis for assigned business areas and customers to identify priorities and set strategic focus.
Business Reviews & Relationship Building
- Lead quarterly business reviews to keep internal and external stakeholders informed about business performance, competitive landscape, opportunities, and other key updates.
- Proactively showcase Red Bull’s marketing initiatives to highlight competitive advantages.
- Provide actionable Energy Insights to influence promotional strategies, pricing, distribution, and merchandising practices.
- Engage in relationship-building activities to strengthen connections and strategically influence key accounts beyond the buyer level.
Key Qualifications and Expertise Required:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and Key Account management, with a proven track record of success, preferably in the beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries, or within a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operation.
- Experience working with retail chains across multiple channels, with a preference for grocery and/or convenience sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging both internal and external data sources.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proven negotiation skills with a strategic approach.
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
