Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to align with corporate objectives.
- Analyze market trends to identify customer needs and optimize pricing strategies.
- Provide guidance to dealers and clients on effective sales and advertising techniques.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and secure deals with key clients.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and work proactively to expand the client base.
- Monitor competitors and develop impactful counterstrategies.
- Engage in architectural outreach and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to annual strategic planning and marketing development efforts.
- Travel across Canada and the USA as required (minimum one week per month, with all expenses covered).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Highly energetic, motivated, and persistent in achieving sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales and business development.
- Proficiency in Excel and word processing software.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across various teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales is preferred.
