With growing demand and ambitious UK-wide expansion plans for 2025 and beyond, we are seeking motivated and experienced Regional Sales Managers to take our proposition to market.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will:

Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive dealers within a designated region

Build and mentor a team of Business Development Managers

Identify and secure high-quality new business opportunities

Deliver tailored motor finance solutions and excellent customer outcomes

Work with the UK Sales Manager to execute a robust territory strategy

Support dealers in maximising their finance penetration and profitability
What We’re Looking For
You should be:
A proven sales professional with experience in the motor finance or automotive industry
Able to bring a transferable portfolio of dealer clients
Strategic, proactive, and organised with excellent planning skills
Well-versed in FCA regulations, SAF compliance, and motor finance conduct rules
A confident communicator and team builder ready to lead and grow a regional team
Motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential
