Role Purpose
We’re looking for a passionate Regional Sales Manager to lead our customer development resources in Houston and across Texas. In this role, you’ll drive sales growth by partnering with restaurant operators, regional chains, and distributors—executing strategic initiatives while developing and leading a high-performing sales team.
What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a regional Customer Development team.

Achieve sales growth targets across independent operators, chain accounts, and trade partners.

Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with chefs, restaurant executives, and distributors.

Partner with distributors on joint business planning, sales execution, and digital marketing campaigns.

Drive customer engagement both virtually (80%) and face-to-face (20%).

Leverage digital tools (Salesforce, Marketo, eCommerce platforms) to enhance reach and customer experience.

Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and expand market penetration.
Who You Are
-
6+ years of experience in the foodservice industry with proven sales leadership.

Strong strategic selling, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.

Experience working with trade distributors and restaurant operators.

Comfortable using digital tools and social media in sales.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
-
Passion for food and the out-of-home (OOH) industry is a big plus.
Pay & Benefits
💲 Salary: $99,760 – $149,640 (commensurate with experience)
