Legrand’s Pinnacle Architectural Lighting team is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Northeast to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with lighting agencies across the East Coast. The ideal candidate will have experience in the electrical or lighting industry, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory. This role offers the opportunity to represent innovative architectural lighting solutions and collaborate with a market-leading team.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual business plans, sales forecasts, and account reviews for assigned agents

Establish quotas and incentives, negotiate contracts, and ensure accountability for sales targets

Travel 50%-75% within the territory to maximize sales efforts, deliver presentations, and provide product training

Attend agent events, trade shows, and industry conferences to support brand presence

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and lighting agencies

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities

Design and deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations for both groups and individuals

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with company goals

Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications

Proven knowledge of electrical/lighting products, markets, and channels

Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets through negotiation and relationship management

Resilient and persistent in achieving ambitious sales objectives

Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Resides on the East Coast and can work from home when not traveling within the territory

BS or BA from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience
