Qualifications for the Regional Sales Manager Job
Required:

3–5 years of outside sales experience in high-voltage equipment.

Knowledge of electric utilities, generator/motor windings, and safety standards.

Proven ability to manage manufacturer’s representative firms.

Strong communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.

Valid passport, driver’s license, and willingness to travel (60% after training).
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE/BSME).

Experience with technical sales in rotating machines or high-voltage systems.
