About the Role

EcoOnline is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing commercial team across the US and Canada during an exciting phase of growth. This visible and high-impact role oversees approximately 35% of regional revenue, offering a rare opportunity to shape the company’s go-to-market strategy for 2026 and beyond.

You’ll guide a team of Account Executives (AEs) focused on both new business and customer expansion. The ideal candidate thrives on developing talent, driving performance, and leading through change — combining strategic vision with day-to-day execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Manage and coach AEs across the US and Canada.

  • Build a team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews focused on pipeline health and professional growth.

Drive Regional Growth

  • Lead your team to meet and exceed collective sales targets.

  • Oversee deal cycles across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.

  • Align regional sales plans with company objectives to achieve consistent, predictable growth.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Ensure data-driven forecasting and pipeline accuracy using CRM and analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and client retention.

  • Leverage the 2:1 BDR support model to enhance opportunity generation.

Customer and Team Advocacy

  • Support AEs in managing key accounts and act as a senior escalation point when needed.

  • Represent field insights to shape future go-to-market strategy and customer engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 3–5 years in a team leadership role.

  • Proven record of exceeding quotas in complex or consultative sales environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset; able to use data for strategic decision-making.

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, evolving sales organization.

  • A coaching-oriented leader with a talent for developing and motivating teams.
