What You’ll Do
-
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a positive, supportive environment
-
Follow treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
-
Track and report client progress through accurate session notes
-
Be a consistent, encouraging presence in your client’s day
-
Travel to client homes or other designated service locations
What You’ll Need
-
Active RBT certification from the BACB
-
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
-
Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with children
-
Prior ABA experience is a plus (but not required)
