Key Responsibilities:

Assess participants for nutritional risk and create personalized care plans

Provide nutritional counseling and education based on individual assessments

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and physicians to improve patient outcomes

Monitor and document responses to nutrition therapy interventions

Utilize the EPIC system for documentation and charting
-
Ensure compliance with facility and professional care standards
Required Qualifications:
-
Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a clinical dietitian (experience with geriatric populations preferred)

Certifications:
-
National CDR Registered Dietitian
-
Washington State Dietitian Certification (required upon hire)

Basic Life Support (BLS)
-

First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes

License Requirements: Must have an active license upon hire (no pending licenses accepted)
