Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Organize, prioritize, delegate, and evaluate patient care on an ongoing basis.

• Use nursing education and experience to deliver care based on hospital protocols.

• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve care quality, patient experience, and reduce costs.

• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, staff, and healthcare team members.

• Advocate for ethical, holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing (or within 5 years of hire); RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before 2021 may be considered.

• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.

• RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.

• Current BLS Certification required; additional certifications (ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, NRP) as needed.

• Specialty certification preferred.

• 1+ year of acute care experience preferred.
