Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse with Elara Caring, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical supervisors, and care team members

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Elara’s standards of excellence

  • Support patients through education, advocacy, and compassionate care


Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of New York

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience

  • Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50%) within the service area

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)

  • Experience in Home Health or Hospice (preferred)

  • Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (a plus)
