Our comprehensive range of programs is designed to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. These include Residential Services, Respite Care, Adult Foster Homes, Tailored Day Programs, Independent Living Skills training, Early Childhood Development, and more.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, document health statuses, and develop individualized care plans.

Prioritize nursing actions based on client needs and medical directives.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and monitor for side effects or changes in condition.

Provide direct care that supports clients’ physical and emotional well-being.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of nursing interventions, outcomes, and communications with healthcare providers and families.

Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.

Educate clients, families, and staff on health-related topics and care procedures.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

Respond promptly and professionally in emergency situations.

Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications and Skills
-
Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the State of California.

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is highly preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification for Healthcare Professionals (required).

Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy laws.

Proficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).

Ability to build effective relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Patience, resilience, and a high level of professionalism in challenging situations.

Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate an agency vehicle.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work is performed in both office and residential settings.

Regular physical activity includes standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and assist clients as needed.

Frequent movement and interaction with clients and staff required.
