Key Responsibilities
-
Administer laser hair removal treatments in accordance with Milan’s clinical protocols and safety standards
-
Educate clients on treatment expectations, pre- and post-care procedures, and answer any medical concerns
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system using a tablet
-
Prepare and maintain a clean, professional treatment room between appointments
-
Perform basic laser maintenance checks and follow cleaning protocols
-
Partner with Clinical Support Nurses and Medical Management Specialists for patient treatment planning
-
Ensure clients receive exceptional, compassionate care during every visit
Qualifications
-
Active and unrestricted RN license
-
Willingness to travel out of state for initial training, if required
-
Strong commitment to patient care, safety, and satisfaction
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinic setting
-
Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
-
Physically able to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds

Visual ability to assess skin condition and safely operate medical laser equipment
