Position Overview:
We are actively recruiting skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurses to join the surgical teams of a leading healthcare system with multiple facilities across Pennsylvania. This opportunity is ideal for experienced nurses as well as recent graduates who are seeking to begin or advance their careers in a dynamic, high-quality perioperative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive and safe nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Assist surgical teams in maintaining a sterile and controlled operative environment.

Monitor patient vital signs and conditions during procedures, responding promptly to any clinical changes.

Document all nursing interventions and observations accurately and in accordance with hospital protocols and compliance standards.

Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.

Participate in the preparation of surgical equipment and instrumentation.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in infection control and patient safety.
Qualifications:

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania or eligible for multistate compact licensure.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced, high-stakes surgical environments.

Open to all levels of operating room experience and interest in various surgical specialties.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $29.00 to $54.00 per hour, based on experience and location.

Sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 with a two-year employment commitment (paid out within 90 days of hire).
