Your Role as a Registered Nurse
As a key member of the care team, you’ll:

Oversee and administer patient care and treatment plans
-
Conduct thorough patient assessments and modify care as needed
-
Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients and families
-
Collaborate across departments to ensure a coordinated, effective care experience

Offer support and guidance to team members in managing complex patient cases

Celebrate patients’ progress, recognizing each milestone on their road to recovery
Qualifications

Current RN licensure as required by the state
-
CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
-
CRRN certification a plus
-
Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
