Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a key member of the care team, you’ll:

• Oversee and administer patient care and treatment plans

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and modify care as needed

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients and families

• Collaborate across departments to ensure a coordinated, effective care experience

• Offer support and guidance to team members in managing complex patient cases

• Celebrate patients’ progress, recognizing each milestone on their road to recovery

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by the state

• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)

• CRRN certification a plus

• Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
