Shift Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 AM – 10:30 PM

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Rotation includes working 2 Saturdays per month


Job Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in dialysis nursing is mandatory.

  • Skills: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare team members. Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments and schedules are required. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and willing to work cooperatively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Work Environment: This role is based in an ambulatory care setting, focusing on outpatient dialysis services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients within an ambulatory care setting, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.

  • Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition throughout dialysis sessions, recognizing and responding promptly to any complications or changes in patient status.

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nephrologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

  • Maintain patient safety and comfort during all procedures, ensuring proper use of equipment and compliance with infection control measures.

  • Exhibit flexibility by floating between different dialysis locations as required to meet patient care demands and staffing needs.
