About the Role
This is a PRN (as-needed) day shift position.

What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse at ERC Pathlight, you’ll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team providing direct care and clinical support to patients in our treatment centers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Delivering a full spectrum of psychiatric nursing services, including treatment planning and patient evaluation

Performing thorough medical assessments upon admission and throughout each patient’s care journey

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team

Participating in clinical team meetings to discuss patient progress, challenges, and needs
-
Contributing to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
-
Applying nursing interventions effectively and consistently to support patient health and recovery

What You’ll Need

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
