Position Highlights

No prior dialysis experience required—comprehensive paid training provided.

Training may occur at your home clinic or a nearby training center.

Flexibility is essential—expect to float between clinics during and after training.

Must be available for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Supervise patient care with the assistance of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), including monitoring vital signs and overseeing dialysis equipment setup.

Qualifications
-
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. A diploma from an accredited nursing program may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Previous experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg is helpful but not required.

Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing (CDN) is a plus.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, goal-oriented care aligned with CMS performance standards.
Compensation

Hourly wage: $34.00 – $47.00/hour
Final compensation depends on skills, experience, and qualifications. -
