Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple openings at their Tallahassee facility, including roles in Med/Surg Float, Emergency Room (ER), Telemetry/Neuro, Critical Care Float, and Cardiovascular Surgical ICU (CSICU).
Key Responsibilities

Advocate for patients and families while maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy.

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and establish appropriate nursing diagnoses.

Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans.

Qualifications
-
Active and unrestricted RN license in the State of Florida.

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.

At least 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
-
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required for critical care or specialized units.
