Registered Nurse Opportunities – Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jacksonville

Positions Available:

  • Full-Time Day and Night Shifts — Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles

  • PRN (as-needed) Day and Night Shifts — Hourly pay ranging from $34.50 to $45

  • Short-Term Contract/PRN (8 weeks) Day and Night Shifts — $65 per hour

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

  • Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and respond to patient concerns with exceptional professionalism

  • Build strong, empathetic relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique rehabilitation needs and providing ongoing support

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care delivery

  • Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, assisting with complex cases and clinical questions

  • Celebrate patient progress and milestones, contributing to a positive and motivating environment


Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in accordance with state regulations

  • Current CPR certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred

  • Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) credential preferred

  • At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is desirable
