We are looking for compassionate and committed Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located in Sioux Falls, SD. Our facility delivers comprehensive care to patients with medical-surgical needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care throughout their rehabilitation process.
As an RN, you will collaborate closely with certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and other healthcare professionals to provide outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team.

Work closely with therapists to coordinate and support patients receiving three hours of therapy daily.

Educate and support patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey.

Maintain precise and thorough patient documentation.

Ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
