Key Responsibilities

Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Perform various non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation, maintaining high standards of safety and patient satisfaction.

Conduct Thorough Consultations: Assess patient needs, provide tailored treatment recommendations, and educate patients on procedures and aftercare to help them make informed decisions.

Ensure Clinical Excellence: Administer treatments with precision, strictly following LaserAway’s clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate with Clinic Teams: Work closely with the Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators to align on clinic goals, optimize scheduling, and support operational success.

Monitor and Follow Up: Ensure patient comfort during and after treatments by providing follow-up care and addressing any concerns to enhance the patient experience.

Manage Equipment and Inventory: Operate aesthetic devices safely and assist with managing clinic inventory to ensure smooth patient care delivery.
What We’re Looking For

Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.

Experience: At least 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience (excluding clinical rotations). This position is not open to new graduates; candidates must have post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital or acute care environment.

Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a collaborative, patient-first approach.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in acute care, medical-surgical, ICU, ER, or similar hospital settings are highly preferred. Experience in home health, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation facilities may also be considered if it involved substantial hands-on patient care in a fast-paced environment.
