Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team, delivering high-quality infusion services across our Braintree and Woburn, MA locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IV therapy, exceptional patient care skills, and a passion for working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to travel between clinic locations.
Reports To: Clinical Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
-
Deliver safe, skilled, and attentive patient care in alignment with nursing scope of practice.

Prepare and administer prescribed medications, including IV infusions, with accurate dose calculations and mixing.

Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the infusion process.

Perform skilled IV insertions.

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings accurately.

Oversee inventory management and assist with ordering clinical supplies.

Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams on care coordination.
-
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.

Complete daily flow sheet reviews and other assigned documentation.
Additional Duties:

Ensure compliance with all facility protocols, policies, and procedures.

Provide guidance and supervision to unlicensed care team members.

Maintain thorough and timely electronic medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts

Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing program
-
Current CPR/BLS certification
-
Minimum of one (1) year of IV experience
Preferred:
-
Infusion, ICU, or Emergency Department experience
-
CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) certification
