Key Responsibilities
-
Provide direct nursing care aligned with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Implement, monitor, and adjust patient care plans as needed.

Record and communicate patient conditions accurately and promptly.

Serve as the primary care coordinator across multiple disciplines.

Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan safe and effective discharges.
Required Qualifications
-
Licensure/Certification:
-
Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing (required).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (within 30 days of hire).

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at the time of hire.
