How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Wellpath, you will deliver patient-centered care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Working under the guidance of Charge Nurses, you’ll support patient education, administer treatments, and ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and plan treatment programs in collaboration with the Charge Nurse and care team.

Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and assist with medical procedures.

Accurately document patient encounters using SOAP charting.

Manage controlled substances in line with clinical protocols.

Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and supervisors.

Participate in mandatory training and team meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.

Certification: CPR certification (must be obtained and maintained).
