How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Wellpath, you will deliver patient-centered care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Working under the guidance of Charge Nurses, you’ll support patient education, administer treatments, and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan treatment programs in collaboration with the Charge Nurse and care team.

  • Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and assist with medical procedures.

  • Accurately document patient encounters using SOAP charting.

  • Manage controlled substances in line with clinical protocols.

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and supervisors.

  • Participate in mandatory training and team meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

  • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.

  • Certification: CPR certification (must be obtained and maintained).
