SALARY INFORMATION :
- $31.00 – $44.91 hourly (dependent on experience)
- Additional $2.00 – $4.00 an hour for additional weekend and night shifts
- $10,000 sign on bonus (if eligible)
- Relocation Bonus (if eligible)
- Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience

- RN/LPN – FT Nights – 3/12s
- RN/LPN – FT Days – 3/12s
- RN/LPN – PT Days

Our state-of-the-art long-term care center is located in the picturesque Rifle, Colorado with four neighborhoods that welcome residents and staff to commune in a comforting and safe environment. We place our residents at the heart of every decision, customizing treatment plans to meet individual needs and preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Licensed in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Must have current BLS card upon hire and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.
- ACLS and PALS certification is required within 6 months of initial employment and must maintain current certification status throughout GRHD employment.
