This is hybrid position, with approximately half of schedule assessments available to be completed via video conference. When a patient requests an in person assessment, the RN will need to travel to their location. We expect approximately 60% of assessments to be remote. Some of our nurses have been on these projects for over 6 years and will tell you that they enjoy the benefits, flexibility, autonomy, and ability to complete their work in a 7-8-hour work day.
Full time candidates receive between 35-37.5 hours weekly, working Monday – Friday between 9AM-5PM, and will train full time for a period of 3-4 weeks. There is the potential for overtime (after working 40 hours).
Please note, a conflict of interest agreement will be required for all RNs – which disallows employment with other MLTC or home care agencies while employed with our UAS project.

As a UAS Assessor you are an unbiased evaluator, ensuring patients in need are granted the care they deserve! In this role, you will complete an interview with a patient and finalize a UAS assessment to determine eligibility for Long Term Care services. You will be scheduled for a maximum of 2-3 initial and/or reassessment appointments daily within your travel area (depending on your preference).This is a direct hire placement onto Med-Scribe’s growing UAS Assessor team, with Health and Vision insurance available.
Candidates must reside and be licensed in New York State!
Salary: $56.50 per hour. We provide a weekly paycheck and annual salary increases based on performance.
