Title: RN Ambulatory Clinics
Duration: 3 Months / 13 weeks (Possibilities of Extension or temp to hire)
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Shift: Monday – Friday No weekends/Holidays 0800-1630 or 1700
Job Description:
- Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, including administering treatments, medications, and conducting routine assessments.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on disease management, preventive care, medication instructions, and lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and follow-up for patients.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform basic clinical procedures such as wound care, blood draws, injections, and assisting with minor office surgeries or tests.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate patient records, update health histories, and communicate any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of experience as RN in Ortho and or sports medicine department preferably in outpatient
Education:
- Associates in Nursing required
- Bachelors in Nursing preferred
Certifications and Licenses:
- WI RN License or Compact State License
- BLS (AHA)
