Salary: $70,000 – $77,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience) plus benefits

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with every other weekend rotation (Option for 4-day, 12-hour shifts)

Job Summary

The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities. This includes collaborating with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Medication Administration Aides (MAAs) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess resident needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs. Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education. Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.

Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin RN license. Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in long-term care. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
