Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit according to Hartgrove Hospital philosophy and objectives
-
Prescribe, coordinate, and delegate nursing care using the nursing process within a multidisciplinary treatment plan
-
Administer medications and initiate restraints or seclusion when necessary
-
Assess patients’ conditions, document observations, and report changes to the treatment team
-
Participate in patient care planning, monitoring, and therapeutic interventions
-
Promote professional nursing practice on the unit
Qualifications:
-
Current RN license in Illinois (or eligible to obtain/renew)

Current CPR or BLS certification
-
Preferred: 1 year of psychiatric inpatient experience

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
