About the Job
We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level of care, located in the Lowry neighborhood of Denver, CO. This is a day shift role, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

A Day in the Life – RN at ERC Pathlight
As an RN in our PHP program, you’ll play a vital role in patient care by providing hands-on support and clinical expertise. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering a full range of psychiatric nursing services, including planning, administering, and evaluating patient care aligned with individualized treatment plans

Conducting and documenting thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status from admission through discharge

Administering medical treatments as prescribed by physicians

Participating in clinical team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment needs

Assisting in the development and implementation of personalized care plans

Applying effective and consistent nursing interventions as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team
Requirements:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado

Compensation

Base pay range: $36.25 – $44.25 per hour
