About the Role
MSA Home Health, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide skilled nursing care to patients in Horry County, South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician-approved plan of treatment, including conducting the initial patient assessment.

Continually assess and reassess patients’ needs; develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on clinical findings.

Administer appropriate diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing procedures to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.

Monitor and document patients’ responses to treatment, reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.

Educate, support, and guide patients and their families on home nursing care practices and overall health management as appropriate to the patient’s condition.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina.

Minimum of one year of nursing experience required; prior home health experience is highly preferred.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
