CareXM is currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide after-hours telephone triage support for patients and caregivers of our hospice and home health partners. This part-time, remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering high-quality, empathetic care when it’s needed most.
Training Schedule (4 Weeks – Paid)

Weeks 1 & 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM (MST)

Week 3: Thursday + One additional weekday (assigned by trainer)

Week 4: Two weekdays (assigned by trainer)
Regular Work Schedule

Days: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (MST)
Job Responsibilities
-
Deliver prompt, compassionate telephone triage services for hospice and home health patients

Provide care instructions and support based on thorough assessment of patient needs

Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and caregivers

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care

Accurately document patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state

Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience required

Experience in home health, hospice, palliative care, med-surg, ICU, ER, or geriatrics is a plus

Proficiency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus

Strong computer and communication skills

Must pass a background check and drug screening
