Position Overview:
As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse will work under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator to support patients and their families, ensuring comfort and quality care. Responsibilities include planning and delivering patient care, adhering to agency policies, identifying patient and family needs, communicating with physicians, and providing supportive care based on physician orders. Participation in an on-call rotation is required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program

  • Current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina

  • Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience

  • Hospice nursing experience is highly preferred

  • Reliable transportation and company-required auto liability insurance
