About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Thirty Madison, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting patients and providers throughout their care journey. This is a dual-facing role—working directly with patients to provide empathetic, informed care, while collaborating with our medical network and Customer Experience team to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery. Communication is primarily written (email and messaging), so strong written skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review patient medical histories to prepare for prescriber evaluations.

  • Provide counseling on medication usage, safety, side effects, and treatment expectations.

  • Manage treatment dispositions and conduct patient counseling across various therapeutic areas.

  • Complete and submit necessary public health reporting.

  • Develop and coordinate care plans in collaboration with providers, adapting as patient needs evolve.

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and evaluate patient outcomes.

  • Contribute to broader clinical functions, including process improvement, quality audits, and educational resource development.

  • Participate in weekly RN team meetings and stay current with workflow updates.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with a Compact License (required).

  • Must be eligible and willing to obtain licensure in all 50 states.

  • Primary care experience preferred.

  • Comfortable counseling patients on a range of treatments (e.g., birth control, STI, UTI, migraine, dermatology, mental health).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish fluency a plus.

  • Availability to work regular weekends and complete required training during orientation.

  • Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability.

  • Tech-savvy and experienced in using digital platforms for patient care.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet: Minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.

  • Quiet, private workspace for handling calls and communications.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk (7–8 hours/day).

  • Manual dexterity for computer and phone use.

  • Adequate vision, speech, and hearing for patient and team communication.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $42.30 per hour (base pay may vary based on experience, skills, and licensure)
