About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) – Medical/Surgical to join our healthcare team in Washington State. This role is ideal for recent graduates or nurses with 12 months of experience or less who want to advance their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Sign-On Bonus
$15,000–$20,000 sign-on bonus

Eligible for full-time nurses who remain in the department during the bonus payout schedule

Responsibilities
-
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients on the Medical/Surgical unit

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
-
Monitor patient progress and update records in accordance with clinical standards

Support patients and families with education and resources for recovery
Required Qualifications
-
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire

National Certification in area of specialty

12 months of RN experience or less
