A well-respected hospital in Seattle is seeking Med/Surg Gynecology RNs to join their expanding team. What’s Offered:

  • Full-time schedule: 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts)

  • Competitive salary range: $78,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to women receiving gynecologic medical and surgical treatment

  • Monitor patient conditions, communicate updates, coordinate care plans, and take lead in clinical decision-making

  • Educate and support patients, their families, and the healthcare team

  • Advocate for patient dignity, safety, and autonomy throughout care

  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning, professional growth, and quality improvement

  • Take initiative in leading care teams and exemplifying professional nursing standards


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current Washington State RN license

  • Valid BLS (AHA) and NRP (AAP) certifications

  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a Med/Surg Gynecology unit (clinical rotations or residencies do not qualify)

  • Strong skills in patient advocacy and clinical leadership


Preferred:

  • National certification in gynecology or medical-surgical nursing is a plus
