Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing safe, high-quality patient care while guiding and supervising support staff within the unit. The RN also serves as a key resource across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care in alignment with nursing standards, hospital policies, and the California Nursing Practice Act.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments using the nursing process.

Provide instruction, leadership, and supervision to subordinate staff.

Support interdepartmental collaboration and serve as a resource throughout the hospital.

Analyze clinical data and respond with appropriate nursing interventions.
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the nursing process and patient care standards.

Familiarity with the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital procedures.

Intermediate pharmaceutical and math competency.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in time management and prioritization.

Peripheral IV placement experience is required.

Prior computer and EMR experience preferred.
